Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through Jobsgram website (https://www.jobsgram.io). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. Jobsgram (Rebelliuz PTY LTD - ABN 68 652 232 758) may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. Jobsgram also has a comprehensive privacy policy for users of the Site.
Agreement
When you use our Services you agree to all of these terms. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Cookie Policy and our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information.
You agree that by clicking “Join Now”, “Create new account”, “Join Jobsgram”, “Sign Up” or similar, registering, accessing or using our services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Jobsgram (Rebelliuz PTY LTD - ABN 68 652 232 758). If you do not agree to this contract, do not click “Create new account”, “Join Now”, “Sign up”, (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services. If you wish to terminate this contract, at any time you can do so by deleting your account and no longer accessing or using our Services.
Copyright and trademarks
Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by Jobsgram (Rebelliuz PTY LTD - ABN 68 652 232 758) unless otherwise indicated and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by Jobsgram.
Change
We may modify this Contract, our Privacy Policy and our Cookies Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board. Please check back from time to time to review it. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Your continued use of our Services after we publish or send a notice about our changes to these terms means that you are consenting to the updated terms as of their effective date. We may modify this Policy
Members and Visitors
When you register and join the Jobsgram Services, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor.”
As a Visitor or Member of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to our Privacy Policy and updates.
Service Eligibility
You’re eligible to enter into this Contract and you are at least our “Minimum Age.”
The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 16.
To use the Services, you agree that:
(1) you must be the “Minimum Age (16 years)” or older;
(2) you will only have one Jobsgram account, which must be in your real name; and
(3) you are not already restricted by Jobsgram from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 16.
“Minimum Age” means 16 years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for Jobsgram to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent then the Minimum Age is such older age.
Your Account
To become a registered member, you must provide a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and login name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your login name. You may change your password at any time by following instructions. You may also change your login by contacting customer service. You may also delete your account at your convenience.
Members are account holders
You agree to:
(1) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections)
(2) use a strong password and keep it confidential and
(3) follow the law and our list of Code of Conduct and Community Values Policies (as below). You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.
You agree to immediately notify Jobsgram of any unauthorised use of your login name or any other breach of security known to you.
Code of Conduct
Jobsgram is an open, free professional community where professionals from all walks of life can feel welcome and safe. While this group grows in size, there will need to be a ‘Code of Conduct’ that we all hold each other accountable towards. Members who break these rules may have their posts or comments deleted and be suspended from the group. If multiple offences occur, it may result in a permanent ban.
- Participate in an authentic and active way. In doing so, you contribute to the professional community
- Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions
- Refrain from conflict; attempt collaboration and constructive discussions
- No spam.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour and speech
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow member's participants
- Remember that this community is open with members of the public; please be respectful to yourself, and your fellow leaders
- Alert Community Admin/ Moderators or report it to contact us form if you notice any member are breaking any of the rules listed above.

Notices and Messages
You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the Service, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date.
Sharing
Information and content that you share or post may be seen by other Members, Visitors or others. Where we have made settings available, we will honour the choices you make about who can see content or information. If you apply for a job through our job portal our default is to share it only with the job poster. We are not obligated to publish any information or content on our Service and can remove it with or without notice.
No guarantees of job vacancy
Jobsgram gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the Site. Whilst Jobsgram takes efforts to ensure that jobs advertised are for actual job vacancies, it gives no guarantee to you that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy.
No guarantees or endorsements of sites or services
Jobsgram provides links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties from its Site. Such linked sites are not under the control of Jobsgram and we are not responsible for the contents (including the accuracy, legality or decency) of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Jobsgram is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Jobsgram of the linked site. Jobsgram is not responsible for the copyright compliance of any linked site. Jobsgram will not be liable for any damages or loss arising in any way out of or in connection with or incidental to any information or third party service provided by any third party.
No guarantees as to security of your information
While Jobsgram takes all due care in ensuring the privacy and integrity of the information you provide, the possibility exists that this information could be unlawfully observed by a third party while in transit over the Internet or while stored on Jobsgram systems or on https://www.jobsgram.io. Jobsgram disclaims all liability to you to the greatest extent possible pursuant to law should this occur.
Termination
Both you and Jobsgram may terminate this Contract at any time with notice to the other. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. The following shall survive termination:
(1) Our rights to use and disclose your feedback;
(2) Members and/or Visitors’ rights to further re-share content and information you shared through the Services;
(3) Any amounts owed by either party prior to termination remain owed after termination.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws governing this agreement will be the laws in New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts and its Appellate Courts and the jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia sitting in New South Wales. In the unlikely event we end up in a legal dispute, you and Jobsgram agree to resolve it in New South Wales courts using Australian law.
Complaints Regarding Content
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.
Our User Agreement requires that information posted by Members be accurate, lawful and not in violation of the rights of third parties. To promote these objectives, Jobsgram provides a process for submission of complaints concerning content posted by our Members.

Please note that whether or not we disable access to or remove content, Jobsgram may make a good faith attempt to forward the written notification, including the complainant’s contact information, to the Member who posted the content and/or take other reasonable steps to notify the Member that Jobsgram has received notice of an alleged violation of intellectual property rights or other content violation. It is also our policy, in appropriate circumstances and in our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of Members, or groups as the case may be, who infringe or repeatedly infringe the rights of others or otherwise post unlawful content.
Advertising Terms & Conditions
Advertisers on Jobsgram must agree to the following terms and conditions.
Terms
- 1. Prices set by Jobsgram (Rebelliuz PTY LTD - ABN 68 652 232 758) & REBELLIUZ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED may vary without notice.
- 2. The prices listed on this site are valid from 1st January 2022 and include GST, and include gst for Australia (AUD) and India (INR).
- 3. All amounts owing to Jobsgram must be paid within 14 days of the date of invoice. Jobsgram may charge interest on late payment.
- 4. Advertisers must pay the amount of all invoices in full notwithstanding any errors or omissions in any advertisement.
- 5. You are obliged to pay for the services that Jobsgram agrees to provide you with regardless of whether you utilise or fully utilise those services. If you do not provide Jobsgram with the necessary materials or information for Jobsgram to deliver these services to you, you are still liable to Jobsgram for full payment.
- 6. If you do not pay your account on time Jobsgram may disable your account without notice and refuse to supply further services to you.
- 7. You agree that pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Jobsgram may obtain from either a credit reporting agency or other credit providers personal credit information about you and/or your directors or a consumer credit report about you for the purpose of collecting overdue payments relating to commercial credit owed by you.
- 8. You agree that Jobsgram may disclose this information to a credit reporting agency or interested persons as reasonably necessary.
Conditions
- 1. Job advertising – It is the responsibility of advertisers to ensure they comply with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 and any other anti-discrimination legislation applicable in the state in which they conduct business. Where an exemption has been granted it is the advertisers responsibility to supply the exemption number which must be included in the advertisement submitted to Jobsgram.
- 2. Jobsgram will not accept advertisements that appear to be contrary to any law.
- 3. The advertiser indemnifies Jobsgram against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred on any account by Jobsgram as a result of the listing or intended listing of any advertisement by that advertiser on https://www.jobsgram.io or any related site.
- 4. Jobsgram makes every effort to avoid errors in advertisements. However, we accept no responsibility or liability for any errors and require that advertisers check their advertisements for errors as soon as they are placed on the site(s). Jobsgram will of course make every effort to remedy any errors in a timely manner.
- 5. Jobsgram reserves the right to either reject or remove any advertisement from its site(s) for any reason.
- 6. Jobsgram is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by an advertiser as a result of any failure or delay in listing an advertisement
Intellectual Property Rights
Jobsgram retains all intellectual property rights subsisting in any of the goods and services provided to you by Jobsgram.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
- 1. Jobsgram provides no warranty to you that services generally available through the Site will be uninterrupted or error free. Except where we are unable to exclude our liability by legislation, we, our officers, employees, agents and contractors will not be liable in any way to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however it arises (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) out of or in connection with your access and use of the Site.
- 2. In the case of goods or services supplied or offered via the Site, liability for breach of an implied term which cannot be excluded by legislation, is limited at our option to either, the supply of the goods or services (or the equivalent goods or services) again or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again.
- 3. Our limitation of liability under these Terms applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages that you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profit, business interruption or the loss of data or information, even if we are informed of their possibility.
- 4. Jobsgram accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors in your advertisements and you must check your advertisements for errors as soon as they are placed on the Site.
- 5. Jobsgram agrees to use reasonable efforts to publish advertisements in the shortest possible time.
- 6. Jobsgram cannot and does not guarantee or warrant to the you that files available for downloading through the Site or delivered via electronic mail through the Site, or features and products available through the Site, will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data.
- 7. Jobsgram acts as a medium through which individuals seek employment opportunities. Jobsgram does not vet, nor is it responsible for vetting, candidates or the representations made by them whether oral or in writing - including those representations appearing in candidate’s resumes or profiles.
Misuse of candidate data, and on-selling
- 1. Any “personal information” (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) of any candidate that you obtain through your use of the Site or any features of the Site or products offered on the Site (including job applications received from candidates) must only be used by you in relation to your genuine employment and/or recruitment activities.
- Selling or offering services or products (such as learning or educational courses or tools) to candidates whose personal information you have obtained through your use of the Site (including job applications received from candidates) is considered by Jobsgram to be a misuse of candidate data, and is prohibited.
- 2. You may not under any circumstances provide any candidate personal information you have obtained through your use of the Site (including job applications received from candidates) to any other party, including to any affiliate or related party of yours (unless Jobsgram has otherwise consented to this). This restriction on forwarding personal information applies irrespective of whether you receive direct financial benefit for doing so.
- 3. Jobsgram takes its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) extremely seriously, and is resolute in its determination to prevent the misuse of candidate data. If Jobsgram believes that you have misused candidate data for any reason, Jobsgram reserves the right to:
- a. immediately suspend or terminate your account, and/or suspend or terminate the account of any party that has received candidate personal information from you in breach of these Terms;
- b. report any potential contraventions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) by you to the relevant authorities, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; and/or
- c. take legal action against you seeking any number of remedies provided by law, including the award of monetary damages.
Advertisements placing
- 1. You must ensure that all advertisements posted to the Site comply with all applicable legislation, regulations, by-laws, ordinances and codes of conduct, including but not limited to the:
- a. Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) including but not limited to Stack 31 of Schedule 2 which requires that if you are a company you must not mislead persons seeking employment as to the availability, nature, terms or conditions or, any other matter relating to the employment opportunity being offered;
- b. Fair Trading Act’s in all applicable States and Territories;
- c. Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) including the Australian Privacy Principles;
- d. Estate Agent Acts in all applicable States and Territories; and
- e. Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission Act 1986 (Cth); and
- f. all anti-discrimination and equal opportunity legislation applicable in the State or Territory in which you do business.
- 2. You must adhere to the principle of honest representation in advertising set out in the RCSA’s Code for Professional Practice.
- 3. You may only post Advertisements to the Site that are in respect of a genuine, paid employment opportunity that is current as at the time of posting the Advertisement, and for which you are currently recruiting. Jobsgram reserves the right to request any information from you that it deems necessary to verify that a genuine, paid employment opportunity exists
- 4. You must ensure that advertisements posted to Jobsgram are posted to the appropriate category of the Site. It is your responsibility to ensure that you familiarise yourself with the advertising requirements of each available category on the Site to ensure appropriate placement of advertisements.
Job posting
All job ads posted on the Jobsgram website remain posted for 30 days (unless removed earlier) and can be edited free of charge or, subject to relevant charges, extended.
You are obliged to pay the full fee for each job post, even if you request the withdrawal of your ad at any time (whether before or after it appears on the Site).
